Role Description

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building AI-powered products. You’ll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and design, taking ownership of new features and helping shape our product roadmap based on real customer feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product lifecycle — from ideation to launch
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and user stories
• Prioritize product backlog and coordinate sprints with engineering
• Collaborate with design and AI teams to build intuitive and impactful user experiences
• Analyze usage data, customer interviews, and feedback to inform decisions
• Define and track product success metrics

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role
• Experience working on SaaS, B2B, or AI-driven products
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, or similar
• Bonus: Experience in HRTech, interviewing platforms, or AI products
