The Project Manager will lead the implementation, development, and continuous improvement of our return initiatives to improve company performance and increase customer experience.

In this role, you will own return projects under the umbrella of the E2E Returns team, driving the development of reliable data and ensuring consistent alignment with customer expectations.


Key responsibilities:

  • Implementing a grading process to improve returns handling and reduce waste, while improving customer offerings with special promotions on used items
  • Analyzing data related to returns, including root causes and potentials for better performance after dispatch
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements across the return workflow to reduce errors and enhance better customer experience
  • Analyzing and implementing an ideal migration process together with our network team, to speed up item availability, especially for international returns
  • Create and present detailed reports and dashboards to leadership, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights
  • Continuously improving data insights, operational feedback, and business needs, through discussed follow-ups
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align return capabilities with business requirements and ensure seamless progress on process optimization
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders regarding return-related queries


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, especially re-commerce logistics with a strong focus on process optimization, data modeling, or operations management
  • Experience with refund reasons, market insights, and main pain points
  • Strong understanding of re-commerce logistics, including order movement and customer experience workflows
  • Familiarity with performance management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, PDCA, FMEA) to optimize process flow and efficiency
  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration (with data science, operations, IT, and customer service teams) to develop and implement solutions
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and create actionable reports
  • Experience in process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead projects and address challenges across teams
  • Fluent English skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity, particularly when dealing with unpredictable factors affecting EDD accuracy, such as fluctuating transit times, supply chain disruptions, etc.
