Project Manager

What will you be doing?

• Developing concrete, detailed plans for a project, including the schedule, the budget, outlining the duties of each team members, identifying project goals, and setting a timeline for the project.
• Collaborating with different teams and managing various stakeholders. Holding and running the meetings to develop project plans and present them to senior management before starting the project and during project lifetime.
• Monitoring projects to ensure that they remain on track, meet deadlines, stay under budget, and develop according to the plan, highlighting issues and managing solutions supported by RAID logs.
• Gathering and document all project related documentation and outcomes through reporting or presenting to appropriate stakeholders. Constantly improving projects efficiency and quality.
  
  
  

What will you need to be successful?

• Educational training in Project Management
• Proven experience (at least 3 years) in leading various projects
• Strong and proven experience & knowledge in Agile methodology
• 5+ years' experience in Shared Service & GBS environment
• Stakeholder management with the negotiation skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Critical thinking and goal oriented approach
