Role Overview:

We’re seeking a talented Engineering Manager with a strong technical background. In this role, you'll balance leadership and hands-on contributions - shaping the engineering culture, driving product execution, and growing a high-perfoming team with a focus on building scalable and intelligent systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team through all phases of development, from sprint planning to production.

Collaborate with product stakeholders to define and execute the engineering roadmap and deliver impactful features.

Drive system architecture and technical design discussions with a deep understanding of scalable backend services and cloud infrastructure.

Perform regular code reviews and provide technical mentorship to engineers.

Conduct performance reviews, set team goals, and implement improvements to enhance team productivity and engineering quality.

Support the formation and growth of AI-focused engineering teams.

Remain hands-on in coding, contributing to complex problem solving and solution design from a product-centric perspective.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in C#, Azure, and cloud-based architecture.

Strong understanding of systems design and modern software engineering practices.

Solid leadership experience with a track record of managing and scaling high-performing engineering teams

Experience working closely with product and business stakeholders.

Knowledge of TypeScript and frontend development is a strong plus.

Prior experience in fintech or financial services is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills, with a balance of technical depth and product thinking.
