AI Engineer

We are hiring an AI Engineer to join a new team solving real-world problems with machine learning and LLMs within the Financial Services industry.

You'll be working alongside product managers and engineers to design, build, and deploy models into production-impacting thousands of users and influencing product direction. The team values clean, scalable code and a pragmatic approach to experimentation.

What you'll be doing:

• Developing and fine-tuning ML models (including deep learning and LLMs)
• Building and maintaining data pipelines for model training and evaluation
• Collaborating on model deployment, monitoring, and performance tuning
• Working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for ML-driven features

What we're looking for:

• Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Solid understanding of modern ML techniques, especially NLP and generative AI
• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Bonus: experience with vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation
