Job Description

Manages Projects, Responsible for defining the project plans in coordination with other areas, like design and development, IT Operations and client areas (e.g marketing). End to end delivery of IT Solution by managing time schedule, budget, issues, risks and ensuring coordination between various IT departments and with business departments. Ensures Optimal staffing of teams in alignment with Demand section and Delivery channels such as Software Design and Development. Responsible for day-to-day management of the program (set of projects) towards meeting a set of one or more of business objectives, The program manager is responsible for shaping the approach needed to meet results and gaining consensus for that approach

Responsibilities

• Manages the design and development process of projects in order to deliver high quality IT Solutions and assures coordination within the IT Department and with external service suppliers
• Ensures coordination across departments (e.g Marketing, IT) and within the technology sections (In particular with other IT Development units , IT operation ,Network development and network operation)in order to ensure flow of information and timely completion of projects
• Identifes and assesses risks of projects and initiates corrective and preventitive actions
• Manages budget and costs of projects and continually reviews and updates budget planning
• Manages development resources/external service providers to deliver solution required
• Prepares Various reports in order to support decision making processes of management
• Ensures all projects follow methodology from inception through delivery
• Ensures all company guidelines , polices procedures are followed and adhered to Coordinates with Design and Development heads to allocate the most appropriate resources to each project
• Responsible for end to end project Management Cycle execution
• Owns and is responsible for day-to-day overall program execution, to produce agreed results and deliverables, under the direction of the program executive sponsor.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering with SM (5-6) M (4-5) years’ experience in Project Management, telecom domain
