Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Urgent requirement for a experienced and innovative AI Engineer to join a leading global IT vendor based in Dubai.

n this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI/ML models and solutions across diverse business domains, supporting digital transformation initiatives for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement advanced machine learning models and deep learning algorithms to solve real-world business problems.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to define AI use cases and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and optimize end-to-end AI pipelines—from data collection and preprocessing to model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Evaluate model performance and implement improvements for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise systems and support production deployments.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI/ML research, frameworks, and best practices.
• Lead or support client engagements by providing technical expertise in AI initiatives and proof-of-concept projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in AI/ML development, ideally within enterprise or vendor environments.
• Proven expertise in one or more of the following: NLP, computer vision, time series analysis, recommendation systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.).
• Experience with data handling using SQL, Pandas, NumPy, and related tools.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience deploying models to production using MLOps frameworks is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
