Machine Learning Engineer – Proprietary Trading | Dubai (On-site)

A rapidly scaling proprietary trading firm based in Dubai is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to enhance its trading systems and alpha research capabilities.

You will:

• Develop and deploy ML models to support intraday and short-term trading strategies
• Partner with quants and traders to improve signal quality and execution
• Build efficient data pipelines and production-ready research environments
• Work with large-scale time-series datasets in a fast-moving environment

You bring:

• 3–6 years’ experience in machine learning, ideally in trading, finance, or AI startups
• Strong coding skills (Python essential)
• Experience with deep learning or traditional ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost)
• Understanding of time-series data and predictive modeling
