Job Description:

Epic Cogito Reporting:

• Develop and manage operational and clinical reports using Epic Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards and SlicerDicer.
• Extract data from Clarity and Caboodle data warehouses for complex reporting needs.
• Collaborate with Epic application teams to ensure appropriate data mappings and definitions.
• Monitor performance and optimize existing Cogito reports and dashboards.

Power BI Development:

• Build intuitive and interactive Power BI dashboards integrating data from Epic Clarity/Caboodle and other healthcare systems.
• Implement row-level security, data refresh scheduling and DAX calculations.
• Transform clinical and operational KPIs into executive-friendly dashboards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on designs.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Support:

• Work with clinicians, finance, operations and IT teams to deliver cross-domain analytics.
• Provide training and documentation for end-users and report consumers.
• Assist in data governance and standardization efforts.
