Fullstack, Front-end, and Backend positions available in the renewable energy sector!

About the Role

• Lead and contribute to every stage of the software and product delivery process—ranging from concept to deployment—while improving system architecture, coding standards, documentation, and infrastructure management best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers in building user-centric products and resilient operational systems. Design solutions that facilitate monitoring, maintenance, updates, and deployment across multiple regions, such as Singapore and Australia.
• Transform business and product objectives into an intuitive platform that meets customer needs, and engage actively in exploring and innovating the product.
• Develop and refine operational workflows to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall performance.
• Foster communication between teams, departments, and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and move engineering initiatives forward.
• Guide the team in innovation, incorporating new ideas and cutting-edge technologies.

Skills

• Significant experience in software engineering at a tech company, with a proven track record of leading complex, large-scale projects in an agile environment.
• (Our tech stack includes AWS, Kotlin, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and Next.js.)
• Passionate about using technology to improve people’s environments, consistently proposing innovative product features to enhance user experience.
• Expertise in clean code practices, database management, large-scale system architectures, infrastructure as code (IaC), and authentication/access management, with solid experience in cloud services like AWS.
