Role: .Net Architect

Toledo, Ohio (100% Work from Office)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex enterprise applications using .NET/.NET Core, C#, and AWS
• Analyse legacy systems (e.g., VB.NET, ASP.NET Web Forms, etc.) and define modernization strategies including re-platforming, refactoring, and re-architecting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Define application frameworks, reusable components, and integration patterns.
• Provide guidance to development teams on coding best practices, performance optimization, and secure coding principles.
• Conduct architecture reviews, code audits, and risk assessments across application portfolios.
• Evaluate and integrate new tools, technologies, and development frameworks.
• Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) and guide pilot implementations for modernized solutions.
• Lead the migration to cloud-native architectures on AWS / Azure using services like Azure App Services, Functions, AKS, etc.
• Create and maintain architectural documentation and technical roadmaps.
• Management consulting professional in data and analytics with 12+ years of overall experience
• Strong technical skills and depth in data, analytics lifecycle including ETL, Business intelligence, machine learning, data modelling, data warehousing and cloud data technologies and architectures.
• Experience in leading and delivery advisory engagements such as analysing current state data, analytics, BI and AI for clients and recommending clients on their target state operating model, governance, architecture, and roadmap.
• Experience in delivering and managing complex projects and programs with data, analytics and AI solutions such as reporting, data warehousing, data lake/big data implementations.
• Strong in AWS Data platform with experience in designing, creating and implementing IAM, Security Group, VPN, RBAC, Cloud Watch, CI/CD (AWS Code Pipeline, Code Commit, Code Deploy)
• Well versed in AWS Well-Architect
• Strong in AWS Athena, Glue, Glue Catalog, Aurora (RDS), PostgresSQL
  
  

What We Seek In You:

• 10+ years of experience in Microsoft technology stack, including .NET, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, MVC.
• Strong experience in architecture and development of enterprise-scale applications.
• Proven hands-on experience in legacy systems and modernization projects.
• Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of databases – SQL Server, and exposure to NoSQL systems.
• Familiarity with AWS Cloud services and cloud-native application development.
• Experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD, and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
