Country CTO

Currently, we are looking for a Country CTO to join our team in Switzerland.

The role:

• Technical leader with credible hands-on skills that can challenge conventional thinking around IT and cloud platforms.
• Highly client facing and well versed on current market and IT trends are having real impacts on the market
• A Trusted advisor for clients by providing technical oversight for all client projects, best practices etc
• Supporting delivery team at clients with upsells and cross sales
• Fosters knowledge sharing internally as well as externally through local tech community
• Lead and mentor technical staff and support hiring efforts
  
  
  

To be successful in this role, we will be looking for the following skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT industry with experience working in professional services
• Highly proactive and driven - you can lead the discussion and provide information to decision making
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Understand the industry trends and how to adapt those to the customer needs - follow up the trends and upcoming changes
• Build structure with regular meetings or discussion sessions with decision makers
• Deep expertise in cloud tech, proven track record of cloud projects
• Hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, Google) & other Technology related certifications are a plus
• German and English skills are a must, French is a plus
