Java Fullstack/Devops

Our renowned client based in Fribourg is entering a critical implementation phase of their next-generation B2B billing solution. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Full Stack Developer to support ongoing feature development, customer migrations, and operational excellence.

• Design and develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and OPA

• Refactor and optimize complex backend logic

• Implement frontend features using React and modern JavaScript

• Improve performance by optimizing PostgreSQL database queries

• Conduct code reviews and uphold development best practices

• Perform deployments and proactively manage system errors

• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure high availability beyond office hours
  
  

• Strong command of English (C1 level)

• Proven experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Maven

• Solid knowledge of relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL)

• Experience with Docker and containerized application packaging

• Familiarity with software engineering practices: Git, CI/CD, Agile/SCRUM or SAFe

• Understanding of system architecture and design
  
  

• Experience with GraphQL

• Proficiency in React and single-page application development

• Language skills in French and/or German

• Relevant certifications (e.g. Java, Cloud, DevOps)
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent field
