About the role:
Our Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the administrative elements required of our team are of high standard, delivered on time, and meet stakeholder expectations. You’re the backbone of the team, connecting dots between projects and ensuring everything is up to date.

About the role:
Our Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the administrative elements required of our team are of high standard, delivered on time, and meet stakeholder expectations. You’re the backbone of the team, connecting dots between projects and ensuring everything is up to date.
Responsibilities will be:
- Administrative support for the AI centre of excellence
- Meeting organization and scheduling, with follow-up management.
- Preparation of presentations, reports, and documents.
- Managing AI Usage data sets and dashboards.
- Scrum Master duties, including facilitating Agile ceremonies.
- Promotion of Agile best practices within teams.
- Experience in project delivery with digital transformation.
- Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stakeholder management, including the ability to communicate and understand product management, data science and software development teams.
- Familiar with or experience in AI technologies.
- Experience with PowerBi
- Advantageous but not essential; knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience as a scrum master.
