Responsibilities
The main responsibility is to drive data analysis and insights initiatives, transforming Loyalty Card Data into actionable strategies that enhance shopper-centric decision-making. By collaborating cross-functionally with headquarter commercial and sales teams and engaging with market teams worldwide, this role will play a key part in integrating shopper knowledge into initiatives across the organization, including but not limited to Category Management, Trade Marketing, Revenue Management and Key Account.
Qualifications
· 3+ years of experience working with Retailer Loyalty Card Data
· Highly analytical with a strong ability to work with large data sets
· Proven track record in turning data into insight and drive insights into action
· Excellent Excel analysis and visualization skills (Power BI, Tableau are a plus)
· Strong design skills (PPTX is a must)
· Attention to detail, process driven and structured.
· Excellent communication skills, experienced presenter with the ability to conceptualize and simplify complex ideas. Ability to influence cross-functional teams.
· Strong project management as well as innovative, solution-oriented mindset
· Inquisitive, passionate, self-motivated and results driven.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
