Software Product Manager

Position

CAMCO Technologies is a pioneer in innovative automation solutions (both hardware and software) for container terminals and logistics environments. We aim to further strengthen our software division and expand our software portfolio. As Software Product Manager, you will play an important role in this journey: you are responsible for the strategic vision, the roadmap, and the end-to-end development of our software products. You will lead the software development team, help optimize internal processes, and ensure our solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of customers. You act as the link between technical teams (analysts, architects, developers, QA) and internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a careful balance between innovation and operational excellence. Together with the team, you will help shape how we position our software activities even more strongly in the market — an ambition that will help define the future of CAMCO.

Your Responsibilities

• You will contribute to our business strategy to expand our software portfolio and position us as a software company.
• You develop and implement the product strategy and vision for the software products, in line with our business goals.
• You manage the full product lifecycle: from concept, development, launch to continuous improvement optimization.
• You conduct market and customer research to gather valuable insights that support product decisions.
• You monitor the product roadmap and ensure timely and qualitative delivery of software updates and new features.
• You work closely with stakeholders to translate their needs and requirements into product requirements.
• Together with the technical lead(s), you evaluate product performance and customer feedback to identify and implement improvements.
• You ensure flawless collaboration between departments such as sales and marketing to ensure product success.
• You identify and resolve operational challenges during product development.
• You will report to the CTO/COO.
  
  
  

Profile

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a product management role in software development
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software product development processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to set product priorities based on business value and technical feasibility.
• Experience working customer-focused and translating customer needs into technical requirements.
