Human Resources Project Manager

Contract Opportunity: HR Project Manager | Brussels (Hybrid) | Freelance

I’m looking for my client, an established player in Belgium’s transport and IT landscape, for an experienced HR Project Manager to support their internal transformation initiatives. You'll be joining a mature HR Program Office within a large organization known for its focus on modernizing systems and improving employee experience at scale.

In this freelance role, you’ll manage strategic HR projects from design through implementation, collaborating with stakeholders across HR, IT, and business teams.

Your Role:

As an HR Project Manager, you will be the bridge between subject matter experts, IT, and various stakeholders. You'll manage multiple HR-related initiatives, including:

• Rolling out performance management tools and processes
• Setting up a modern learning platform
• Implementing a new planning tool
• Developing a chatbot
• Creating a new job site
• Migrating SAP HR solutions to the cloud

You will ensure projects stay on track, within scope, and are supported by thorough process reviews and change management strategies.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in HR
• Proven track record in at least 2 SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors implementations
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to assess the impact of changes across processes, data, and reporting
• Master's degree (preferably in HR) or equivalent experience
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
