Technical Solution Architect – HR Applications

Mission

• You will be part of a large-scale project for the development of HR administration & payroll frontend solutions to the customer segment of "midsized employers".
• You will support the head of technology architect in the continuous guidance of the project. You further elaborate analyses, develop technical solutions in more detail. You work in close interaction with the head of technology architect who directs you.
• You are part of a "dedicated" project team consisting of product owner - project manager - architect (business and technology) - scrum master - analysts and multiple development teams

Function

• Developing technical solutions: proposing, evaluating and proposing choices adapted to functional needs
• Ensuring a pragmatic balance between robustness and simplicity
• You help determine the development standards and the general technical framework
• You support analysts, project managers and development press in projects
• Architecture modeling and documenting (including ArchiMate and C4)

Profile

• Experience in designing microservices/applications in java springboat, sql, rest APIs,...
• Knowledge of Azure Easter services such as event hub, service bus, cosmos db, sql server
• Experience with design patterns to build robust and scalable solutions
• Strong knowledge & experience of Java solutions and frameworks
• Experience in an HR Services environment (wage calculation & administration) is a plus.

• Ensure a pragmatic balance between robustness and simplicity.
• You will contribute to defining the development standards and the general technical framework.
• You will support analysts, project managers, and developers in projects.
• Model and document architecture (including ArchiMate and C4).

Profile

• Experience with designing microservices/applications in Java Spring Boot, SQL, REST APIs, etc.
• Knowledge of Azure PaaS services such as Event Hub, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, SQL Server.
• Experience with design patterns to build robust and scalable solutions.
• Strong knowledge and experience of Java solutions and frameworks.
• Experience in an HR Services environment (payroll calculation & administration) is a plus.
