Data Scientist

Data Scientist

This is your opportunity to be crucial to developing and delivering credit risk models and lending strategies. To be hands-on with model and product development, risk analysis and support the Decision Analytics functions within the company. Support the sales team in understanding client needs and providing viable solutions.

For a perfect match, you need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a similar role.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying statistical models.

• Statistical modelling / data analysis experience in R, Python, SAS or similar tools

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and maintain credit risk models

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights for business and product development.

• Design and develop data-driven solutions to address business/ large B2B clients challenges.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to determine the appropriate analysis parameters and performance measures to be applied

• Support the development of new analytical and data products and services, and the enhancement of current processes and methodologies.

• Create comprehensive reports and data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Present data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
