Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Pega Platform Administrator to manage, support, and enhance our Pega-based systems. This role involves proactive production monitoring, issue resolution, and performance optimization of Pega applications and integrations, with a focus on Pega Cloud, DevOps practices, and Decisioning (CDH).

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and maintain the Pega platform, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
• Proactively monitor production using PDC, Tracer, logs, and other tools to resolve issues.
• Implement and maintain REST and SOAP integrations on the Pega platform.
• Manage SSO and various authorization methods used within Pega.
• Contribute to version upgrades and infrastructure improvements on Pega Cloud.
• Understand and support data flows, data management, and rule resolution.
• Collaborate with development and DevOps teams on deployment and testing practices.
• Use Deployment Manager and database tools for effective system management.
• Work with Customer Decision Hub (CDH) modules including Offers, Strategies, and Contact Policies.

Essential Skills:

• Strong experience with Pega platform administration and troubleshooting.
• Integration expertise with REST/SOAP APIs in Pega.
• Experience in performance management and production debugging.
• Knowledge of SSO and security methods in Pega.
• Pega Cloud infrastructure experience, including version upgrades.
• Understanding of key Pega components: Activities, Flows, Rule Resolution, Access Controls.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools like Deployment Manager.
• Ability to execute SQL and use database tools effectively.
• Knowledge of Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub) functionalities.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Pega CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect)
• Pega CPDC (Certified Pega Decisioning Consultant)
