We're Hiring: Data Protection & DLP Specialist | Join Our Cybersecurity Team

Are you passionate about protecting sensitive data and staying ahead of digital threats? Our Vulnerability & Data Protection team is looking for a skilled Data Protection & DLP Specialist to support the implementation and operational maintenance of advanced data protection mechanisms.

Location: Paris, France (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days per week on-site)

Type: Full-time

Contract: 12-month freelance contract

What You'll Do:

• Implement and manage enterprise-grade Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools
• Secure data across endpoints, cloud, SaaS, and databases
• Work hands-on with tools like Microsoft Purview, Varonis, Broadcom/Symantec, Forcepoint, and Netskope
• Monitor and improve classification, labeling, and encryption processes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align data protection strategies with business needs

What You Bring:

• A strong understanding of the data protection market and current threat landscape
• Awareness of data leakage vectors (cloud, Microsoft 365, databases, etc.)
• Expertise in deploying and configuring major DLP tools
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 security, including Defender, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Sentinel
• Experience with data classification and labeling, including ML/AI-driven techniques
• Familiarity with network security fundamentals (VPNs, IDS, firewalls, proxies)
• Bonus: Experience with dark/deep web monitoring and DLP in AI environments

Nice to Have:

• Project management experience
• Up-to-date knowledge of data protection trends
• Professional English proficiency (written and spoken)
