Senior AI/ML Engineer – LLM & Production Systems

What You’ll Do

• Design and scale AI systems that are production-ready, resilient, and built for enterprise use
• Build and optimise real-time LLM inference pipelines to support high-volume, low-latency environments
• Own full-stack ML responsibilities, from training to deployment, monitoring, and optimisation
• Develop intelligent search systems using vector databases and embedding pipelines
• Drive multilingual AI capabilities for a global customer base
• Collaborate across teams to bring cutting-edge AI capabilities into live product experiences
• Leverage modern infrastructure, from PyTorch and Weaviate to Gemini and cloud-native ML stacks

What You Bring

• An advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience delivering ML/AI systems into production
• Deep knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and model evaluation methodologies
• Expertise in Python, along with ML frameworks like PyTorch or PyTorch Lightning
• Experience with cloud-based ML tooling (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Strong debugging skills—comfortable diagnosing model drift, performance issues, and data anomalies
• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps best practices, including CI/CD, observability, and pipeline automation
• A builder’s mindset—curious, driven, and motivated by shipping AI that solves real problems
