Digital Business Analyst

What you'll be working on
In your new role, you will join an exciting Irish Native company in their mission to support better and more efficient learning and support. You will elicit, document, and ensure the successful delivery of business requirements, oversee day-to-day delivery for a product-focused team, ensuring scope and technical requirements for sprints are understood and implemented. You will collaborate with the product team (Product Manager, UX/UI Designer, software developers) and other business units to leverage technology effectively.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum of 2 years' practical experience in a Business Analysis role in a digital environment.
• Experience using Azure DevOps (or similar, such as Jira).
• Strong data skills and preferably a certification in Agile Product Ownership, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
• A continuous improvement mindset and the ability to empathise with customers.
• Self-motivation, commitment, and the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
• Curiosity and a hunger to learn and implement new technologies.
• Understanding of machine learning and AI basics.
