We're looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to play a critical role in delivering and scaling crypto products, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. What You'll Be Doing

• Leading new crypto product and service launches in Europe
• Designing and owning day-to-day operational flows for new crypto features
• Driving readiness for MiCA compliance, including support for regulatory reporting requirements
• Partnering with Legal and Compliance teams to implement robust KYC/AML controls
• Shaping operational processes that support development, issuance, and reporting across Revolut entities
• Leading onboarding and coordination with third-party service providers, including custodians, attestors, and liquidity partners
• Monitoring operational risk, resolving exceptions, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory obligations
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering to develop tools that automate and scale crypto operations
  
  

What You'll Need

• 4+ years of experience in operations, strategy, risk, or product related roles in fintech, banking, or payments
• A proven track record of managing complex, regulated financial processes
• Solid stakeholder management skills and the ability to navigate internal and external partnerships
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail
• Familiarity with crypto markets and crypto regulation frameworks (MiCA, e-money, etc.)
  
  

Nice to have

• Experience within regulated financial institutions in the EU
• Exposure to blockchain products, token mechanics, or custody platforms
• Prior involvement in regulatory submissions, audits, or attestation workflows
• Working knowledge of SEPA, SWIFT, or other European payments infrastructure
