Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities for product launches and technology transfers into Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).
  • Provide strategic direction for external manufacturing technical transfers and NPI efforts, coordinating cross-functional teams across Quality, Process Development, Contracts, Supply Chain, Analytical Sciences, and Global Strategic Sourcing.
  • Ensure consistent execution and compliance with PSM NPI business processes and operating models.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both internal stakeholders and external partners, including CMOs and executive leadership.
  • Manage multiple cross-functional projects of moderate to high complexity.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, allocate team responsibilities using project management tools, estimate costs, manage budgets, and oversee day-to-day project execution. Identify resource needs, conduct project reviews, and escalate issues related to function, quality, timelines, or cost as necessary.
  • Proactively identify and respond to project risks, changes in scope, and shifts in industry trends or organizational priorities.
  • Apply project management methodologies and tools to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality outcomes that meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Communicate effectively across the organization, managing impacts to project scope, budget, risk, and resources. Provide regular updates and reports to executive leadership and key internal partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and alignment with companies strategic goals. Leverage project management and operational excellence principles to optimize project delivery and process improvement efforts

Have you:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of solid experience within a cGMP manufacturing or quality environment
  • Strong organizational and cross-functional project management skills
  • Strong technical background with understanding of pharmaceutical manufacture and commercialization
  • High ethical business standards, fosters inclusivity and promotes diversity
  • Demonstrated accountability to deliver results and meet deadlines while handling contending priorities
  • Problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Experience managing and influencing in a matrix organization
  • Manufacturing and cGMP knowledge and experience
