Senior IT Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join a dynamic and growing global organization. This role focuses on leading business-driven digital initiatives, overseeing application development management, and delivering complex transformation programs that drive operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have good stakeholder management skills, a strong background in application development management, and deep experience across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary IT interface for business stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable digital projects.
• Lead the digital application transformation roadmap across cloud, SaaS, and on-premise platforms.
• Manage full project delivery lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Build and develop high-performing internal and external delivery teams.
• Drive effective change management, communication, and training initiatives across the business.

Skills & Experience

• 15+ years in IT, with at least 7 years in a senior project or program management role.
• Strong expertise in application development management and digital transformation.
• Extensive experience delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Solid technical understanding of cloud-based and legacy systems.
• Experience in the financial services or technology sectors preferred.
