Marketing Project Manager

We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager to manage film projects at Kino Pavasaris and Pasaka. If cinema is your passion and marketing is your strength, let’s talk.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the process of film advertising campaigns from strategy creation and planning to execution;
• Come up with creative ideas for film campaigns;
• Ensure smooth collaboration with advertising providers, partners, and cinemas;
• Delegate tasks and communicate with copywriters, content creators, and other project managers;
• Coordinate design and video editing tasks when preparing marketing materials for films;
• Handle administrative tasks: contracts, invoices, reports, budgets.

What we expect:

• 4–5 years of experience in marketing;
• Project management skills;
• Ability to multitask and delegate tasks to team members;
• A strong verbal and visual aesthetic sense;
• Quick reactions that turn into actions;
• Excellent Lithuanian and strong English skills;
• Big pluses: experience with film projects and knowledge of the film industry.
