Chief Operating Officer

The role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our operational functions and contribute to our strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial operations and a passion for driving efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of operational strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage daily operations, including production, maintenance, supply chain, and quality control.
• Implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with other executives to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel.
• Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Profile

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a COO or in a senior operational leadership role.
• At least 10 years of senior operational leadership experience in the industrial sector.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional European languages is advantageous.
