Innovation and Product Strategy Manager

YOUR ROLE

• Develop strategies based on market analysis, competition, customer needs, and trends to identify product opportunities.
• Gather customer requirements for new developments. Participate in innovation forums and national and international cooperative projects.
• Define the vision for future products aligned with the company's strategy. Prioritize developments based on data and customer feedback.
• Promote collaboration between teams to solve problems and make quick decisions.
• Work with the marketing department on launch and promotion strategies.
• Monitor competition, technologies, regulations, and economic changes.
• Collect constant user feedback to improve products and foster innovation.
• Identify strategic risks and create mitigation plans.
• Ensure confidentiality and security of critical information in the performance of the role.Collaborating with Project Managers on contracts for the supply of Products, Systems and Accessories.
• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of critical information accessed within the scope of the project.

OUR REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS JOB:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics and Computer Engineering, Communications/Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Defence sector products, preferably communications.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in innovation methodologies.
• Expertise in market and data analysis.
• Knowledge of product development methodologies.
• Understanding of strategic management principles.
