Your Mission

Our Regulatory Compliance Advisory Services department is growing and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Recognising that today's environment imposes on market participants new and exceedingly challenging regulatory requirements, PwC Luxembourg has pooled experts into the Regulatory Compliance Advisory Services (RCAS) department dedicated to help its clients to meet these requirements from a business impacts and regulatory compliance perspectives. The RCAS team is focused to provide timely, cost effective and practical assistance to clients facing regulatory change and compliance issues.

As a Consultant (m/f/d), you will:

• Assist in the analysis of existing and new European and Luxembourgish regulations with a focus on business and operational processes, technology and data related matters to determine the impacts on banks, investment firms, payment institutions and other emerging and established players of the financial services industry;
• Support our clients to identify potential compliance gaps and to address those with tailor-made remediation measures;
• Assist our clients to improve their internal controls framework by establishing or improving internal policies and procedures;
• Prepare regulatory filings in the context of license application and authorization requests for our clients;
• Create presentations, reports, flyers and market surveys and contribute to and provide both internal and client trainings and workshops concerning European and Luxembourg regulatory matters.
  
  

Your Profile

• You hold a Degree in Business Administration, Law or Information technology
• You ideally have a first experience in a Compliance, Operational risk or IT department in the financial sector (i.e. bank, Investment firm, management company or service provider for the financial services industry);You have a profound understanding of both existing and emerging technologies, data governance, reporting requirements and related regulation (e.g. IT risk management, Operational Resilience, Outsourcing, Cloud Computing, GDPR, PSD3, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence);
• You have a good understanding of the main business and operational processes of Banking and the investment fund industry;
• You are comfortable with standard Office IT applications;
• You are fluent (both orally and written) in English as well as French or German;
• You are recognised for your team spirit and ability to build strong client relationships;
• You are flexible and willing to accept professional travelling.
