Full-stack Senior Developer (PHP & React/NextJS)

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior PHP Developers to help us build and maintain robust applications that scale efficiently. If you are a tech-savvy individual with a knack for solving complex problems, we'd love to meet you!

Mandatory Requirements:

• Proficient in PHP 7 and PHP 8 with extensive knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
• Expertise with PHP frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or similar, and experience with ORM, templating engines, and routing.
• Proven experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs, including secure API endpoints and API authentication.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL, with experience designing scalable schemas and optimizing queries.
• Proficient with Git, including managing branching strategies, pull requests, and code reviews. Familiarity with testing frameworks like PHPUnit and strong debugging skills, including profiling and optimizing backend performance.
• Solid understanding of security best practices, including OWASP principles, encryption, and data privacy.
• Experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Proven experience with performance optimization in large-scale, high-traffic backend systems. Proficient in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript for frontend development.
• Extensive experience with React, including functional components, hooks, and state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand.
• Hands-on experience with NextJS for server-side rendering, static site generation, and API routes. Expertise in component-based architecture, creating reusable UI components, and ensuring performance optimization.
• Strong experience with CSS, SCSS, and modern CSS frameworks like TailwindCSS, Material UI, or styled-components.
• Knowledge of frontend testing practices using tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress. Proven experience integrating with RESTful APIs and working with authentication mechanisms like JWT or OAuth.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including server-side rendering in NextJS.
• Experience building accessible web applications, ensuring WCAG compliance.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working closely with backend, frontend, and design teams.
• Strong experience working in Agile environments, using methodologies like Scrum or Kanban. Enforcing code quality through code reviews, adhering to coding standards, and implementing best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex full-stack issues and optimize solutions.

Optional Requirements:

• Experience with cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, including managed services for databases, storage, and serverless functions.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, plus infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Familiarity with GraphQL for flexible API layers.
• Understanding of UI/UX best practices and collaboration with design teams.
• Familiarity with Composer, PSR standards, and modern PHP libraries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred; equivalent experience considered.
