Technical Sales Support Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and solution-oriented CNC Programmer to join our team as a Technical Support & Sales Representative.

The primary focus of this role is providing technical support (70%) for CNC machine tools used in metal cutting, with a secondary focus on sales and customer relationship development (30%).

You will work closely with clients across central Romania (Brașov, Mureș, Harghita, Covasna, Sibiu, Alba), assisting them with CNC programming, machine optimization, and operational troubleshooting, while also identifying opportunities to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support (70%)

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for CNC metal-cutting machines.
• Assist clients with programming (G-code), setup, and machine operation optimization.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to CNC equipment and processes.
• Conduct training sessions and demos for clients’ technical staff.

Sales Support (30%)

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
• Participate in sales presentations, trade shows, and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored technical proposals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in CNC programming (G-code, Fanuc, Siemens, Heidenhain, etc.).
• Solid understanding of metal machining processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and technical mindset.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently with frequent travel.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across the assigned counties.
• Fluency in Romanian and at least intermediate English.
