What you’ll have to do:

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights across all markets (RO, BG, HU, GR).
• Develop, automate, and maintain reporting dashboards to support day-to-day operations and strategic projects.
• Support pricing optimization, inventory management, and category growth initiatives through data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate campaign performance and customer behavior.
• Assist in A/B testing efforts and post-analysis of product, marketing, and operational experiments.
• Provide recommendations based on analysis to optimize performance and identify new business opportunities.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation across various analytical workflows.
  
  

What makes you a good fit:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in E-commerce, Retail, or Technology sectors.
• Strong skills in SQL, Excel, whilst data visualization tools are a plus (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• Experience with statistical analysis and familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
• Solid understanding of KPIs related to sales, marketing, and e-commerce operations.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in English; Romanian and/or knowledge of other regional languages is a plus.
