We are now offering a limited number of Partner opportunities for experienced recruiters ready to take the next step in their career. This is not traditional employment. It is a partnership designed for those ready to own their time, their pipeline, and their profit.


What You Will Do


You will operate as a Head of Recruitment under the Halr Tech brand, fully supported by our internal infrastructure. Your focus is on what you do best: placing exceptional talent.


• Manage and grow your own client portfolio

• Source, qualify, and place candidates across tech, IT, engineering or sales verticals

• Build long-term client and candidate relationships with a focus on delivery

• Collaborate with Halr Tech leadership on best practices, candidate strategy, and growth plans • Operate independently, but never in isolation.

• 80% Commission: Keep the majority of what you bill with no thresholds or hidden fees

• Infrastructure: CRM, ATS, job boards, automations, contracts, and billing are all handled for you

• Ongoing Support: Weekly check-ins, peer collaboration, and optional mentoring

What You Bring


This opportunity is for proven recruiters who want more control, ownership, and reward.

• A minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in 360 or agency recruitment

• Strong client relationship skills and the ability to deliver independently

• Confidence in managing your desk, pipeline, and schedule

• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset

• Fluent in English and eligible to work in one of the following countries: UK, US, Ireland, Australia, Canada, Sweden, Norway or New Zealand
