Hemnet’s Marketing team is on an exciting journey - where we are building a new team and setting a new standard for how we bring products to market. We are now looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to help us strengthen our go-to-market strategies and product communication.

This is a one-year parental leave cover with the possibility of extension.

At Hemnet, we believe the best ideas come to life when different perspectives meet. In this role, you’ll work closely with our product, UX, sales, and analytics teams to make sure our products create real value – for both our B2C and B2B audiences.

As a Product Marketing Specialist, you'll take the lead on our go-to-market initiatives. You’ll make sure every launch is well-prepared, cross-functional teams are aligned, and that our messages truly resonate with the people we want to reach. You’ll play a key role in turning product innovations into stories and experiences that connect with our customers.

More specifically, you will:

  • Lead and coordinate go-to-market initiatives, aligning teams across Hemnet to ensure smooth, impactful launches
  • Shape compelling narratives around our launches to ensure that all communication stays true to Hemnet’s brand identity and tone of voice
  • Monitor, analyze, and follow up on product launches to extract key insights and apply them to continuously improve future go-to-market strategies and execution


About You

We believe you are an experienced Product Marketing Specialist with a hands on mindset and a passion for creating marketing that drives real customer impact. You have a structured, proactive way of working and love turning insights into clear messaging and successful launches.

You’re used to collaborating closely with Product and Tech teams, but your true focus is on understanding the market, reaching the audience, and making our products shine.

You have:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategies, and B2C + B2B marketing, within a digital or tech-driven environment
  • A proven track record of supporting or leading product launches and cross-functional marketing initiatives
  • Expertise in digital product messaging, positioning, and content briefing across multiple channels
  • Strong project management skills and experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in both Swedish and English


It’s a plus if you have:

  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics,Looker or Amplitude
  • Familiarity with UX/UI fundamentals and digital customer journeys
  • Experience implementing or working with personalization strategies
  • Experience from working within the real estate industry
