Warsaw based opportunity with hybrid work model (1 day in the office/week)As a FullStack Developer you will be working for our client, a leading organization in the banking sector that is undergoing continuous digital transformation. You will support the development of modern online banking platforms by contributing to scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. The project involves building new features and optimizing existing systems using the latest technologies in .NET and React. You will be part of a collaborative development team focused on clean code, innovation, and software quality.

Your Main Responsibilities

Develop web applications using .NET and React technologies
Perform code reviews and suggest improvements
Write unit tests to ensure software reliability
Ensure high performance and security of the application
Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and analysts
Design and build scalable microservices
Participate in improving the system’s architecture
Document REST APIs using Swagger
Optimize application performance
Support the continuous improvement of development practices

You're Ideal For This Role If You Have

Proficiency in object-oriented programming in C# and JavaScript/TypeScript
Experience with React and related frontend technologies
Solid understanding of RESTful Web Services and .NET
Practical experience with Entity Framework
Knowledge of microservices architecture and implementation
Familiarity with GIT and version control workflows
Ability to write clean, efficient, and testable code
Understanding of SQL and database query optimization
Experience with unit testing frameworks and practices
Good grasp of distributed system concepts
Apache Kafka from a developer’s perspective
