We are looking for a Product Manager at HangiKredi, which is Turkey's leading platform in the banking products comparison and application category since 2006, constantly renewing itself with its dynamic and financial assistant vision, visited by three out of every four people who conduct online loan research every year.

QUALIFICATION

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, etc.)
• At least 3 years of experience
• Strong understanding of product development processes (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
• Proficiency in data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of technology and software development processes
• Experience in designing financial products and user-centric product development
• Project management and leadership skills
• Experience in developing innovative products in the fintech sector

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead the entire lifecycle of products from concept to delivery
• Understand the needs of investors and develop product strategies to meet those needs
• Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Create and manage the product roadmap, prioritize features, and track timelines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, marketing, sales) to coordinate product development processes
• Collect and analyze user feedback to ensure continuous improvement of the product
• Analyze product performance data and identify areas for improvement
• Develop innovative solutions to enhance the investor experience continuously
