We are currently looking for an " Information Technology Director (Power Generation) " for Aydem Holding with the following qualifications;

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive IT experience, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership or IT Director role; experience in the energy or utilities sector is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in managing enterprise-scale IT operations, including cross-functional team leadership and strategic technology planning.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, threat mitigation, and compliance standards; experience securing both IT and OT environments is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in managing WAN, mobile private networks (MPN), and IoT infrastructure in operational or industrial settings.
• Familiarity with Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Operational Technology (OT), and SCADA systems.
• Proven IT project management skills with a track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives on time and within scope.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, particularly in modules related to plant maintenance, warehouse management, or enterprise resource planning.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Lead the implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP systems to support core business functions including finance, supply chain, and operations. Ensure seamless connectivity between ERP and other enterprise platforms.
• Oversee the deployment and enhancement of digital systems supporting plant maintenance operations and warehouse management, driving reliability, cost-efficiency, and inventory accuracy.
• Champion digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency across power generation facilities. Manage IT/OT convergence projects, ensuring secure and scalable integration of operational technology with enterprise IT systems.
• Establish and enforce cybersecurity policies, controls, and response strategies to protect critical infrastructure. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in the energy sector.
• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of robust IT infrastructure, including WAN, MPN (Mobile Private Networks), IoT ecosystems, and data center operations. Ensure high availability, performance, and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and ensure service reliability during unexpected events or cyber incidents.
• Ensure IT operations adhere to relevant regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards, including those related to data protection, cybersecurity, and energy sector regulations. Lead audit readiness and reporting efforts.
• Lead and develop a high-performing IT team. Foster collaboration across engineering, operations, and business units to ensure technology solutions are aligned with strategic goals.
• Develop and manage the information security budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Prioritize investments based on risk assessments and organizational priorities.
