Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar roles leading agile transformations in complex enterprise environments
  • Capacity to lead Agile transformation initiatives with in-depth understanding of approaches such as Lean, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Have expertise in coaching and educating teams on Agile principles and practices
  • A solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban theory, principles, and implementation in practice (e.g., DoD, Lead & Cycle Time, WIP, User Story, Backlog Refining).
  • It is preferred to have relevant certifications, such as PMI-ACP, KMP, PAL I, PSPO I, and PSM I.
  • A bachelor's degree or its equivalent, with a master's degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify issues and offer practical solutions.
  • Motivated and team-oriented
  • The capacity to self-organize tasks according to goals and measurable results,
  • Proficiency in using Jira and Confluence effectively in Agile Way of working environments.


Job Descriptions:

  • Develop and implement Agile transformation strategies across the company
  • Ensure Agile approaches—such as Scrum and Kanban—are adopted, provide guidance on how these methodologies can be integrated into daily operations to improve efficiency, flexibility, and collaboration.
  • Lead, train, and coach teams and individuals about Agile principles & values, Scrum / Kanban. Building the teams and empower them to become self-organized, coach teams to be capable teams that are empowered to make decisions independently and work autonomously while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives
  • Encourage and spread a culture of continuous improvement, help teams to be able to reflect on their performance through retrospectives or feedback loops to identify areas for growth, implementing changes that lead to better outcomes over time
  • Measure and evaluate the level of organizational agility maturity. Implementing tools or metrics to assess how well the organization how successfully the company has adopted Agile methods
  • Working together with stakeholders and senior management on Agile methods, consult with senior executives to determine the most effective strategy to incorporate Agile approaches into significant projects.
