What You’ll Be Creating

This role is your playground to design elegant solutions to real-world financial problems. You will:

• Design Seamless Product Experiences: Own the end-to-end product design process — from wireframes to high-fidelity UI — for web and mobile interfaces.
• Lead Visual and Interaction Design: Build pixel-perfect designs grounded in UX best practices, while maintaining visual consistency across the platform.
• Contribute to the Design System: Develop and maintain a scalable design system that supports rapid product evolution without compromising consistency.
• Build and Test Prototypes: Create interactive prototypes to gather feedback and validate design assumptions.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product managers, researchers, and engineers to define problems and co-create effective design solutions.
• Bring Simplicity to Complexity: Translate intricate financial processes into intuitive flows and interfaces that drive user confidence and engagement.
• Follow Industry Standards: Align designs with Material UI, Human Interface Guidelines, and industry UX patterns.

What We’re Looking For

• 3 – 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer in fast-paced environments.
• A portfolio that showcases your end-to-end product thinking, with strong emphasis on visual design and interaction.
• Proficiency in Figma, prototyping tools, and hands-on experience with design systems.
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and grid systems.
• Experience working in B2B SaaS products — fintech is a bonus.
• Ability to distill complexity into clarity through intuitive design.
• Great communication skills and the ability to explain design rationale clearly.
