Position: AI/ML Subject Matter Expert

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Implement and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, including Graph RAG for complex data retrieval.
• Architect secure, cost-efficient solutions, incorporating encrypted data paths and private cloud or air-gapped deployment simulations.
• Develop REST APIs and intuitive user interfaces to deliver seamless AI-driven solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring teams and advising on AI/ML best practices.
• Ensure transparency by implementing source attribution for all AI-generated outputs.
• Stay abreast of emerging AI/ML trends and recommend innovative technologies for adoption.

Technical Skills Required:

• Deep expertise in AI/ML algorithms and proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG pipelines, secure deployment practices, and API development.
• Knowledge of cost-optimization techniques, such as model quantization and efficient GPU utilization.
• Strong understanding of secure data handling and deployment in controlled environments.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
• Prior experience in the government sector or within high-security operational environments is strongly preferred.
• UAE-based candidates preferred, ideally with existing security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
