- Minimally 5 years experience as a UI/ UX Designer, with proven experience in ServiceNow applications
- Conduct user research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of our target audience.
- Develop and maintain UI design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all ServiceNow portals.
- Expertise in developing information architecture sitemaps to organize and structure content effectively.
- Skill in creating low-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts.
- Ability to produce high-fidelity visual design mockups that align with branding guidelines and best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
