Our client is a reputable European oil and gas company with a strong presence across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR team and be part of a strategic HR implementation project.
Position Overview
As the HR Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the implementation of HRIS systems and payroll migration. You will oversee the planning, execution, and successful rollout of key HR initiatives, ensuring business continuity and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be involved in day-to-day HR operations and provide support to the HR team.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Director, you will manage the end-to-end implementation of HR systems and processes, including HRIS and payroll. You will work closely with cross-functional teams-including HR, IT, external vendors, and key business stakeholders-to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Additionally, you will support daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with at least 3 years of HR experience, including proven success in leading HR system implementation projects. A background in HRBP or generalist roles is a plus. You possess strong Excel skills and are capable of creating and presenting clear, impactful PowerPoint decks.
