Role Overview: We’re seeking a dynamic Junior Product Manager to oversee and expand the supply side of our marketplace, specifically our network of healthcare providers. If you have a background in business development, account management or HR, a keen interest in the healthcare and startup ecosystems, and aspire to grow into a product management role, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Outreach: Launch and manage LinkedIn campaigns to identify and attract qualified doctors to our platform.
• Candidate Evaluation: Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet our high standards and fit our community.
• Communication Management: Utilize HubSpot to manage automated communication sequences with potential and current doctors.
• Credential Verification: Evaluate doctors' credentials across different countries and languages to confirm their qualifications and ensure compliance with regional regulations.
• Supplier Satisfaction: Proactively engage with doctors to gather feedback, provide suggestions, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction with Doctorsa.
• Onboarding Improvement: Continuously refine and enhance the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new doctors.
• Reporting: Regularly report insights and progress to the CEO, contributing to strategic decision-making.
• Product Mindset: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and contribute to the development of new features or processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2 years of general work experience, with some experience (e.g., internships or 1-2 years) in product management, account management, business development, or HR, preferably within a startup or fast growing company.
• Passion for Healthcare: Strong interest in the healthcare industry and understanding of medical professional needs.
• Startup Enthusiast: Excited about working in a fast-growing, scaling startup with opportunities for growth..
• Aspiring Product Manager: Eager to develop a product management skill set and take on more strategic responsibilities over time.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM tools like HubSpot and managing LinkedIn campaigns.
• Excellent Communication: Native English speaker or C2-level proficiency with strong interpersonal skills for effective interviewing and relationship management.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain high standards of accuracy.
• Proactive & Problem-Solver: Takes initiative to identify and solve challenges, improving processes and outcomes.
