What You’ll Do:
• Lead outbound sales efforts and consistently achieve clearly defined revenue targets for BTC mining hardware
• Own the entire sales cycle – from lead generation and qualification to deal closing and after-sales support
• Build and nurture relationships with B2B clients, including but not limited to publicly traded companies and top-tier miners
• Develop and execute innovative, results-driven sales strategies to grow and convert your pipeline
• Track key sales metrics and continuously optimize deal flow and conversion rates
• Collaborate with internal teams – logistics, operations, and finance – to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction
• Report on sales pipeline health, actively manage forecasts, and contribute to revenue planning
• Continuously refine your sales approach to maximize performance and exceed target

Who You Are:
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B or hardware sales
• OR a recent graduate with strong drive and ability to hit targets fast
• Relentlessly goal-oriented, motivated by results
• Strong communicator with a client-first mindset
• Self-starter who can work independently and follow through
• Passion for crypto, blockchain infrastructure, or mining hardware
• Bachelor’s degree or above; international students (OPT) welcome
