What We’re Lookin For
✔ 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
✔ Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools.
✔ Understanding of usability, accessibility, and user research.
✔ Ability to work independently and communicate design ideas effectively.
✔ Experience with WordPress, Wix, and Donorbox customization.
✔ Knowledge of CSS/HTML for minor design tweaks (a plus).
Your Role
As a UI/UX Designer, you will enhance our website’s usability, accessibility, and visual appeal to ensure a seamless experience for donors, volunteers, and aid recipients.
What You’ll Do
✔ Test and troubleshoot Nova Ukraine’s WordPress, Wix, and Donorbox platforms for bugs, broken links, and usability issues.
✔ Ensure the website is user-friendly and accessible for donors, volunteers, and aid recipients.
✔ Log issues in Asana and collaborate with the Website Project Manager to refine the QA process.
✔ Maintain and update QA documentation in Confluence.
✔ Support website accessibility efforts to ensure information is available to all users, including people with disabilities.
Would be a plus:
✔ Experience with WordPress, Wix, and Donorbox customization.
✔ Knowledge of CSS/HTML for minor design tweaks.
✔ Familiarity with automated testing tools.
Work conditions:
✔ Volunteer role (unpaid).
✔ Remote work with flexible collaboration via Slack and Asana.
✔ Reports to the Website Project Manager.
