Product Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a Platform Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of key internal platforms and streamline acquisition and admissions processes. You will play a critical role in streamlining student lifecycle workflows, improving operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and manage the product roadmap for internal platforms across sales, admissions, CRM, and student data management.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from different internal stakeholders
• Design intuitive, efficient workflows that enhance internal user productivity and process consistency.
• Write detailed product specs and collaborate closely with engineering and QA teams to deliver on sprint goals.
• Track platform usage, gather feedback, and drive iterative improvements.
• Ensure seamless data flow and functional integration between core internal systems.
• Lead internal product releases with strong documentation, training, and stakeholder alignment.

Key KRAs (Key Responsibility Areas):

• Sales Efficiency: Improve the lead-to-sales flow and eliminate gaps/redundancies
• Process Turnaround Time (TAT): Shorten processing time for lead to sales
• Automation & Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement workflow automations.
• Platform Reliability & Scalability: Build systems that scale with user growth and minimize operational risks.
• Data Accuracy & Reporting: Ensure reliable data for dashboards, decision-making, and compliance.
• Internal User Experience: Streamline platform interfaces to reduce friction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of product management experience.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing platform products or internal tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, or operational systems).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Experience working in agile teams and managing cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to the education, SaaS, or B2B workflow automation space.
• Familiarity with student lifecycle workflows and internal team enablement.
