About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive agile best practices across multiple projects and teams. The ideal candidate is a certified Scrum Master with a strong background in project management or operations, and excels in stakeholder coordination and process optimization.

Responsibility

• Support planning and execution of cross-team projects across Marketing, Product, Support and Operations
• Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring clear visibility for all stakeholders
• Facilitate communication between departments to maintain alignment on priorities and expectations
• Maintain project dashboards and reporting tools to ensure transparency and consistency
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and coordinate resolution across teams

• Proven expertise in project management, operations, or coordinating across various teams
• Outstanding organizational skills, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (such as Notion, Monday.com, and Jira) is a plus
• Skilled in handling multiple projects in a fast-paced, multi-brand, and dynamic environment
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) is a valuable asset
