Java Architect

Mission

• You will be part of a large-scale project for the development of HR administration & payroll frontend solutions for the "midsized employers" customer segment.
• You will support the lead technology architect in the continuous guidance of the project. You will further elaborate on analyses and work out technical solutions in more detail. You will work in close interaction with the lead technology architect who will directly manage you.
• You will be part of a "dedicated" project team consisting of a product owner - project manager - architect (business and technology) - scrum master - analysts and multiple development teams.

Function

• Work out technical solutions: propose, evaluate, and suggest architectures tailored to the functional needs.
• Ensure a pragmatic balance between robustness and simplicity.
• You will contribute to defining the development standards and the general technical framework.
• You will support analysts, project managers, and developers in projects.
• Model and document architecture (including ArchiMate and C4).

Profile

• Experience with designing microservices/applications in Java Spring Boot, SQL, REST APIs, etc.
• Knowledge of Azure PaaS services such as Event Hub, Service Bus, Cosmos DB, SQL Server.
• Experience with design patterns to build robust and scalable solutions.
• Strong knowledge & experience of Java solutions and frameworks.
• Experience in an HR Services environment (payroll calculation & administration) is a plus.\\
