About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Team.

In This Role, You Will:

• Ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of large-scale production systems
• Troubleshoot complex issues and manage monitoring and alerting systems
• Develop backend solutions in Python to improve system efficiency
• Implement automation to optimize operations and reduce manual intervention
• Work extensively with AWS services, Apache Kafka, and NoSQL databases
• Provide Tier 2 technical support to resolve operational challenges

What You Need:

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience with backend development using Python
• Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services and infrastructure
• Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK stack)
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (MSK) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB)
• Background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or a similar role
• Fluent English (spoken and written) to collaborate with an international team
